We offer our complete range of services for new homes, small lot homes, duplexes, villa units, townhouses, extensions and renovations.

Preliminary Meeting - We will visit your home to discuss your specific requirements, “wish list” of inclusions, site conditions, budget and fee structure. This process will usually take around 1 hour and is obligation free!

Site Visit - We can meet you onsite to discuss the topography, directional aspect, site access, placement of services, views, overshadowing and privacy issues.

Concept Design - This meeting is the most integral stage in the planning and design process! We will discuss your project specifics and develop a design brief to achieve your objectives. Items for discussion and consideration will include the purpose and functionality of the project and how to create a complete lifestyle and mood in keeping with the intending inhabitants.

We encourage all our clients to present a “scrap book” of their own ideas which can be incorporated into your personalised design brief.

Once we have presented our design brief, you will have the opportunity to comment, change or modify the proposal. This process can take up to 1 week and may necessitate a further meeting to finalise and authorise any/all requested amendments.

Once the design brief is finalised, a concept design drawing will be developed to incorporate a floor plan, elevations, apertures and approximate room sizes.

We will visit your home once again to discuss the concept design. You will be proved 7 days to peruse the documentation and make any changes.

(Please note this is the time to make any necessary changes as alterations made to the working drawings will incur extra costs!)

Once the Concept Design is finalised, the dimensioned floor plan and elevations can be given to your chosen builder/s for a quotation estimate.

Working Drawings - Once the quotation estimate is finalised, Working Drawings will be developed to incorporate a site plan, floor plan, elevations, roof plan, section and details.

(Please note that you will be required to employ the services of a surveyor, structural engineer and geotechnical engineer)

We can provide detailed cabinetry and lighting layouts at an additional fee. We can also assist you in the selection of materials, fixtures, finishes and colours.

Once the working drawings are finalised the drawings can be submitted for building and/or covenant approval. The approval process can be time consuming and confusing, we offer services to assist you with the application process.

Project Managing - Once the building application process has been completed, we can offer Project Management Services. We will liaison and coordinate with your chosen builder and consultants until the completion of your project.
